Line 81-84 Add and delete: Impose targeted economic and diplomatic sanctions on Israeli, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iranian, and any other individuals or entities implicated in committing, inciting, aiding, or abetting genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, or human right abuses, escalating settler violence in the West Bank, or violations of ICJ orders, until continued compliance with international law, including ICJ orders, is achieved. Such sanctions can may include travel bans, asset freezes, and restrictions on financial transactions
