The European Greens use Motion Tool as part of their decision-making processes. Leading up to congresses, draft documents are submitted to Motion Tool, after which member party delegates can make amendments. The final documents are voted upon at the congress.

How do I get access to Motion Tool?

Access to Motion Tool to table drafts/candidacies/amendments is invite-only. Leading up to the congress, your member party should submit a list of amenders. You will then be invited to access the relevant documents.

If you already have a Motion Tool account, you can use your existing login details to access the documents. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it.

If you don't have a Motion Tool account yet, you will receive an email with your new login details.

I need help, who do I contact?

Please coordinate with the international secretary of your member party, as they should have an overview of submitted amenders. If you still need help, please contact ann.verheyen@europeangreens.eu, keeping your international secretary in CC.
