TRIAL PHASE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS 2025
At the Online Delegates Meeting on 24 & 26 June 2025, the delegates endorsed a trial of a reformed decision-making process for the 40th EGP Congress in Lisbon.

TABLING TOPICS FOR EMERGENCY RESOLUTIONS
For the trial phase, the EGP Committee is reponsible for addressing emergencies with European relevance that concern developments after the 8 October deadline for 'normal' resolutions. If needed, member parties can contact the EGP Committee and AMC to flag emergency topics. Please mail to ann.verheyen@europeangreens.eu by Friday, 21 November, 12:00 CET (midday, noon).
ALLOCATION OF VOTES AND DELEGATES
All full member parties of the EGP have minimum 2 delegates (gender balanced) at EGP Congresses. The allocation of Delegates and Votes is calculated on the basis of the last national or European election results and is regulated in the EGP Statutes (Art 6.3, page 12).
