A-S2: Election three members for the Amendments Committee, Dec 2024 - Dec 2027

By the deadline of 6 November at 12:00 CET (noon), the EGP office received four
valid candidacies for the election of three members to the EGP's Amendments
Committee (AMC) - for a period of three years - election to be held at the 39th
EGP Congress in Dublin, 6-8 December.

below.

CANDIDACIES AMC

The presentation of the candidates will take place at the Dublin Congress on
Friday 6 December in the afternoon, with opportunity for Q&A.

For your memory, the composition and the role of the AMC is explained in article
7 of the EGP Rule Book (on page 6).

Election procedure

More than 50% of the votes cast is needed:

- If one candidate gains more than 50% of the votes cast in the 1st round, the
person is elected.

- Should no candidate gain more than 50% of the 1st round vote, a 2nd round will
be run between the 2 highest scoring candidates. The candidate who receives more
than 50% of the votes cast in the 2nd round is elected.
