TRIAL PHASE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS 2026 (DCM 2026)
At the Online 2026 Delegates Meeting, held on 29 June & 1 July 2026, the delegates endorsed to repeat the trial of a reformed decision-making process for the 41st EGP Congress in Warsaw.

TABLING DRAFT RESOLUTIONS
Prior to the tabling of the draft resolutions for the Warsaw Congress, a process was held on the congress platform - between 31 August and 24 September - of submitting topics and abstracts by the EGP full member parties, followed by a ranking of the submitted topics. The four topics which received the most points will be developed into draft resolutions by the tabling parties.
Each draft resolution needs the support from 4 member parties (including the tabling party).
The deadline for tabling draft resolutions as well as the supports is Wednesday 14 October, 23:59 CEST. The draft resolutions have to be tabled in Motion tool using the enhanced template (button). The template provides guidelines and an example draft resolution.
ALLOCATION OF VOTES AND DELEGATES
All full member parties of the EGP have minimum 2 delegates (gender balanced) at EGP Congresses. The allocation of Delegates and Votes is calculated on the basis of the last national or European election results and is regulated in the EGP Statutes (Art 6.3, page 12).
