TRIAL PHASE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS 2026 (DCM 2026)
At the Online 2026 Delegates Meeting, held on 29 June & 1 July 2026, the delegates endorsed to repeat the trial of a reformed decision-making process for the 41st EGP Congress in Warsaw.

SUBMITTING TOPICS FOR EMERGENCY RESOLUTIONS
The EGP Committee is responsible for addressing emergencies with European relevance that concern developments after the 8 October deadline for 'normal' resolutions.
If needed, Member Parties can contact the EGP Committee and AMC to flag emergency topics. Please mail to ann.verheyen@europeangreens.eu by Wednesday, 25 November 2026, 12:00 CET (midday, noon).
ALLOCATION OF VOTES AND DELEGATES
All full member parties of the EGP have minimum 2 delegates (gender balanced) at EGP Congresses. The allocation of Delegates and Votes is calculated on the basis of the last national or European election results and is regulated in the EGP Statutes (Art 6.3, page 12).
